Elementary Year 4 (Lesson 10)
Teacher’s notes and lesson plan
The aim of the lesson is to prepare and give a speech based on questions and answers to talk about yourself as given in Lesson 9.
Phonics (for non-readers) Reading (the likes of Oxford Kipper books etc)
Pre-teach any difficult vocabulary
Do a Stamp Rally activitiy to the answers necessary for the kids to write their speeches
Worksheet (get students to write their answers n the form of a speech from lesson 9)
Get kids to give quick speeches about themselves in pairs then reporting to the group. Video the results and send to their parents
Last game (oct sausage/3 hint quiz/bingo etc)
