Share the double-page lesson and pre-teach any difficult vocabulary it with your students. The objective is to give students the English phrases to think and talk about personal finance. Split the class into pairs to do the “Write” questions. Then get the pairs to report back to the class. Do the same with the final three “speak” questions as a speaking exercise, or give them as homework as a writing exercise. Starter question: Who wants a new smartphone? (Or some other expensive status symbol that your students might be interested in)
